In my own opinion, I'd place the Medieval and Ancient faction as the two strongest faction, but that's because I understand most of their units' strengths and weaknesses. Really, it depends what units you put on the field and if you know your own play-style really well. I didn't talk about secret since that's obviously the best faction Pirate:the best faction in the game since they are both against melee and range, they have good aoe to take out hordes of units, have strong units that can take other strong units,the high healthed units aswell as the blunderbuss is can tank range attacks,the Harpooner can pull range units towards them and can slow down fast units Spooky:extremely good against melee since most of them have ai or range, most of them ignores Shields,they are only the second best faction is because they are weak against fast units or range (extremely weak to range) the only Anti-projectile is the skeleton warrior and that buckler isn't really effective, the only good counter against range are the vampires but that's about it Viking:the third best faction in the game since they can defeat range units easily since they are fast but the reason they are only the third best faction is that are good against melee or crowd control aswell most of the not having alot of health Rennaisance:most units can Dodge alot like the fencer,painter and jousters aswell as very good range but the downsides are that they don't have alot of health except for the da vinci tankĭynasty:good range and melee but the downside is that they aren't good against fast units or anti-projectiles the melee units don't have alot of health (like the monkey king) or don't do alot of damage (like the monk) Medieval:really good defence and group work but not very offensive the knight can block alot of projectiles but can't handle melee also 2 of the units must require another unit since they can't attack by themselves Some of them also are situational like the ballista can one shot most units but it can only shoot 1 target,Zeus is only good against large groups of low healthed units and not high healthed units like king Tribal:I consider it the weakest since almost every unit in the faction has very low health except for the mammoth but the mammoth does low damage, the faction is only good in groupsįarmer:second weakest since again most of the units don't have alot of health and doesn't do alot of damage (only ones that do alot of damage are harvester and scarecrow) but it is stronger then tribal since they are more durable and work extremely well in groups (while most of the tribals units are prone to friendly fire)Īncient:really expensive but has high damage and attack but most of them don't have high health and doesn't have the best accuracy (alot of them misses there attack like sarissa and minotaur) The fan blades of the fans at the time were typically made of feathers.This is what I on how strong these factions are by listing them weakest to strongest.If an opposing unit is placed under a unit with the Ancient Fan, the first wind blow can damage the unit below just as a melee attack.If the unit has a lower damage multiplier, its knockback will be lower as well.The Ancient Fan's fan blade is attached by a semicircular bronze crest box with two prongs at the bottom.
